Coastal WO of the Coastal Region (Western Cape, ex-Swartland in 2003) 11 km from the Atlantic: signature Sauvignon Blanc as king white, grown in bush-vines (rare worldwide) — intense and unusual with signature lively citrus, tropical fruits and a fresh herbaceous touch. Signature Shiraz as king red in bush-vines — rich and spicy with black fruits, pepper and a smoky touch. Pinotage complement. Cool-climate refreshed by Benguela current, Atlantic breezes.
