The Catherine le Gœuil Estate is an exceptional vineyard located in the heart of the southern Rhône in France. Benefiting from a terroir of great geological diversity and a temperate Mediterranean climate, the estate spans an area of six hectares and produces wines certified in organic and biodynamic farming. The owner, Catherine le Gœuil, is a passionate winemaker with a philosophy centered around respect for nature. She produces wines that reflect the purity and beauty of their terroir. With a minimalist approach to winemaking, Catherine is committed to using as few interventions as possible to allow the wine to naturally express itself. The Catherine le Gœuil Estate offers a complete range of wines, including Red, White, and Rosé, all produced in the AOC Cairanne. The vineyards primarily consist of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre for the reds, and Roussanne, White Grenache, Clairette, and Viognier for the whites. All of the estate's wines are known for their pure expression of fruit, balance, and finesse on the palate. At the Catherine le Gœuil Estate, the vineyard is worked traditionally: short pruning, rigorous disbudding, green harvesting. The vines are plowed without the use of chemical herbicides and yields are deliberately limited to ensure the best possible quality. The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted in the vineyard. Tasting Catherine le Gœuil's wines is a true invitation to travel. Each sip reveals the richness and diversity of Cairanne's soils, offering aromas of ripe fruits, flowers, and spices, with a refreshing liveliness.

Roussane is a white grape variety, planted on an area of more than 700 ha. Originally from Montélimar, it is also found in Savoie, Languedoc and Roussillon, and grows very well in calcareous, poor, stony soil. It prefers to be pruned short. The grapes are cylindrical in shape, the berries are small and turn red when ripe, and the wine produced from pure Roussane is of extraordinary quality. It has a delicate aroma reminiscent of coffee, honeysuckle, iris and peony. The taste of this wine improves with age. It is part of the blend of the appellations Vin-de-Savoie, Côtes-du-Vallée du Rhône or Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
