Confidential Vino de Pago of Manzanares (Ciudad Real, 150 ha in a dedicated microclimate, pioneering family since 1991). Signature Tempranillo (40-year-old plots) — full-bodied and sunny red with intense notes of black cherry, candied plum, leather, tobacco and a spiced-vanilla touch, rounded tannins and ageing potential. Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Garnacha as complements. Airén, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Moscatel in fresh whites.
