The Bouard-Bonnefoy Estate is an exceptional winery nestled in the famous wine region of the Côte de Beaune in France. This family-owned vineyard is recognized for the immense passion and dedication with which it creates unique and authentic wines that capture the essence of their terroir. Covering about 4 hectares, the Bouard-Bonnefoy Estate is located in the picturesque village of Chassagne-Montrachet. In addition to these prestigious crus, the estate also produces excellent Burgundy wines. The history of the Bouard-Bonnefoy Estate dates back to 1953 when Jean-Claude Boisseau decided to plant his first vines. The Côte de Burgundy/cote-de-beaune/beaune">Beaune is a key wine region in Burgundy, eastern France. It owes its name to its main town, Beaune - the epicentre of local wine production and trade. Renowned for producing some of the world's most expensive white wines (most of which bear the name Montrachet in one form or another), the region also produces a handful of Burgundy's finest red wines, including those from the premier crus Pommard and grand cru Corton. The Côte de Beaune is a narrow strip of land less than 5 kilometers wide, extending 25 kilometers to the northeast.
