Discover the grape variety: Neheleschol
Simple, fresh dry whites with a pale golden hue, a supple palate with moderate acidity and understated aromas of citrus and white flowers. Discreet rustic profile. Preserved in a few ampelographic collections for its heritage value, it belongs to the group of ancient varieties whose commercial spread has almost disappeared and which are studied for their genetic and historical interest. Rare white variety, poorly documented, grown in negligible quantities.

The wine region of Etulia
Moldovan microzone in the far south of the country in Gagauzia near Vulcanești, tertiary red soils (terra rossa) rich in trace elements, climate tempered by the Danube and the Black Sea, millennial tradition. Signature Cabernet Sauvignon red: round and full-bodied with blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, tobacco and a spiced earthy note, firm tannins — half the output alongside supple Merlot. Dense Saperavi and spicy Fetească Neagră as complement. Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay as whites.
The word of the wine: Grenache gris
A grey variety of Grenache grown in the Pyrénées-Orientales, the Aude and the southern Rhône valley. Its powerful and round wines are used in the blending of dry white or rosé wines and natural sweet wines.
