Made as dry (Trocken, Alsace), off-dry (Kabinett, Spätlese) and sweet (Auslese, Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese, late harvest). Star of the Moselle, Rheingau, Alsace AOC and Wachau. Riesling signature cool-climate white king: tense and chiseled with lime, green apple, peach, white flowers, honey and slate touch, vibrant palate from dry to off-dry. Precise Chardonnay (citrus, butter), full Pinot Gris, aromatic Gewürztraminer (lychee, rose). Fine Pinot Noir (cherry, raspberry), peppery Cabernet Franc, supple Merlot.
