Signature Chardonnay white: dry and lively with green apple, citrus, white flowers and a mineral touch, refreshingly tense acidity. Floral Pinot Gris, Auxerrois and oxidative Savagnin. Light-bodied Pinot Noir (cherry, raspberry) and Gamay in fruity reds.
