Insular DOC between Sicily and Tunisia, a volcanic island swept by winds ('Bent el Rhia'), low-trained vines in bowl-shaped depressions, ancestral cultivation listed by UNESCO (2014). Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) as the exclusive signature white: dry to semi-sweet with intense notes of orange blossom, candied citrus, fresh grape, and a volcanic mineral touch.
