The wine region of Torgiano is located in the region of Ombrie of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Terre Margaritelli or the Domaine Lungarotti produce mainly wines red, white and sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Torgiano are Sangiovese, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Torgiano often reveals types of flavors of iron, earth or tomatoes and sometimes also flavors of prune, cinnamon or cheese.
