Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Bruno Duchêne or the Domaine Collectif Anonyme produce mainly wines red, sweet and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Côte Vermeille are Mourvèdre, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Côte Vermeille often reveals types of flavors of cherry, non oak or floral and sometimes also flavors of black fruit, red fruit or spices.
