Western Cape region (South Africa) north of the Cape along the Olifants River, hot arid climate tempered by Atlantic breezes. Chenin Blanc is the signature white king: ample and fruity with yellow apple, pear, melon, honey and tropical touches, fresh acidity preserved by altitude (Citrusdal Mountain).
