Discover the grape variety: Perlon

A dual purpose grape variety (table and vat) obtained in Argentina by Angel Antonio Gargiulo by crossing the Emperor and the Perlette. It can also be found in Spain, Italy, Venezuela, etc. It should not be confused with perlona, which is a white grape variety of Italian origin. The wine region of Morava

Moravia, with roughly 95 percent of the nation's Vine plantings, is the engine room of the Czech Republic's wine industry. The Center of intensively farmed bulk-wine production is also showing great promise as a producer of quality white wines. This is largely thanks to its cool Climate, comparable in many ways to that in Nahe or Pfalz, the white-wine specialists a few hundred miles west in Germany. Moravian winelands enjoy a Vineyard year well suited to the production of Complex aromatics with good Acidity.

The word of the wine: Primeur

Said of wines from the last vintage and, by extension, wines of the year, fruity and easy-drinking, put on sale on the third Thursday in November. The AOC regulations specify that a wine is said to be primeur if it is bottled before the spring, and nouveau if it is bottled before the following harvest. Beaujolais Nouveau is therefore a vin primeur.
