The wine region of Coonawarra is located in the region of Limestone Coast of Australie du Sud of Australia. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Katnook or the Domaine Wynns produce mainly wines red and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Coonawarra are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
