It produces a variety of grape specially used for wine making. It is rare to find this grape to eat on our tables. This variety of grape is characterized by large bunches of grapes of medium size. Chambourcin noir can be found in several vineyards: Rhone Valley, Loire Valley, Savoie & Bugey, Beaujolais, Languedoc & Roussillon, Armagnac, Provence & Corsica.

The wine region of Hunter Valley

The Hunter Valley is unquestionably the best known and most highly prized wine region in NewSouthWales. Its most famous wine style is its distinctive Dry Semillon, while Shiraz, is also long-established. It is also regarded as a pioneer of Australian Chardonnay. Hunter Valley Semillon Semillon was first planted here in the 1830s.
