Syrah and Viognier are the Rhône flagship varieties — Syrah as a full-bodied red with spicy peppery notes, Viognier as an aromatic white with peach and apricot. Grenache, Merlot, Sangiovese, Tempranillo and Mourvèdre as Mediterranean complements.
