Coolest region of the Australian continent (Victoria, 300-800 m, ~1 hour north of Melbourne): signature Pinot Noir as ruling red — fresh, vibrant and elegant with signature cherry, raspberry, delicate spice and naturally preserved acidity, finesse compared to Burgundy.
