Fresh, fruity reds and rosés best drunk young, with a light ruby to deep pink robe, silky tannins and an airy palate with fresh acidity, showing signature aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) and floral notes. Lazio DOC of the Roman coast north-west of Rome (Etruscan Cerveteri), volcanic and sandy terroirs bathed by the Tyrrhenian Sea. Trebbiano Toscano (Procanico, ≥50%) and Malvasia are the signature whites — lively and fresh with white flowers, green apple, citrus and a saline-iodine touch, brilliant acidity. Sangiovese and Montepulciano (≥60%) for fleshy reds with red fruits, cherry, plum and a spiced touch. Cesanese as complement.
