Cool-climate NSW GI (500-900 m, ~1h SW Sydney) on the Great Dividing Range: Pinot Noir signature red king — signature elegant and fresh with cherry, raspberry, delicate spice and bright acidity at altitude, booming success. Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris as racy crystalline whites. Merlot, Cabernet in complement.
