Chardonnay (2,100 ac) as a lively, mineral king white with notes of citrus and stone fruits. Syrah in warmer sheltered canyons, fleshy and peppery. Daily fogs from Monterey Bay lengthen the season, a premium fresh Burgundian and Rhone identity.
