Elegant, crisp dry whites with a pale golden robe, a supple palate and preserved acidity of refined apple, pear, white peach, sweet almond, white flowers (acacia) and calcareous mineral notes. An airy, expressive profile. Absolute star of Roero Arneis DOCG on the Roero hills, also grown in Langhe DOC. Rescued from near-extinction in the 1980s by Vietti and Bruno Giacosa. The wine region of Kakheti

Cradle of amber and orange wines, vinified in qvevri (buried clay jars, UNESCO). Skin-macerated Rkatsiteli whites: signature notes of dried apricot, walnut, honey, orange peel and black tea, fine tannins and controlled oxidation. Deep, tinctorial Saperavi reds with black fruit, plum, spice and firm tannins, age-worthy. Also Mtsvane and Kisi in white, fresh and floral.

The word of the wine: Baco 22A

A white grape variety resulting from the hybridization of the folle blanche and the noah. It is the only hybrid to remain authorized in a French appellation vineyard, that of Armagnac, where it thrives in particular on the tawny sands of Bas-Armagnac. When distilled, its wine produces round, smooth and aromatic eaux-de-vie with hints of ripe fruit.
