The Lancelot-Pienne Estate is located in the picturesque wine village of Cramant, in Grand Cru Champagne. The estate produces a varied and accessible style of champagne, but of high quality. It is a family estate that has existed since 1840 and whose current director, Pierre Lancelot, is the 8th generation to dedicate himself exclusively to wine production. With time and considerable investment in the cellar, this estate has become one of the most renowned in the region. The Lancelot-Pienne Estate boasts over 32 hectares of vineyards spread over the clay and limestone soil of the Cramant slopes, and is awarded for its champagnes. The wines are produced from maturely grown grapes and are vinified with particular attention to detail. These vines are grown using a unique and innovative integrated pest management system, known as "vineyard in health". This system helps to preserve the quality of the terroir and allows the operator to bring a personal touch to his champagnes. The wines produced by the estate are usually refined between 3 and 8 years before being put on the market, allowing them to reach their full potential. Unique characteristics can be found in their wines, including floral notes, fruit flavors, and a creamy and bubbly structure. Bottles produced by the Lancelot-Pienne Estate are highly appreciated and available in many regions worldwide. The Lancelot-Pienne Estate is a company known for its quality, integrity, and the love of its wines. The Lancelot and Pienne families continue to perpetuate the tradition of Champagne wine, dating back to 1840.
