Discover the grape variety: Rondinella

Light, fruity reds with a pale robe, discreet tannins and fresh acidity, showing aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, gentle spice and herbal notes. A faithful companion to Corvina in the typical Valpolicella blends: fresh, gulpable Bardolino DOC, Valpolicella DOC, concentrated Amarone DOCG and sweet Recioto DOCG. The wine region of Franken

Homeland of German Silvaner: dry, straight, mineral and lively whites with notes of green apple, citrus, fresh herbs and a saline touch, planted here for over 350 years (1,500 ha, a quarter of the vineyard). Also supple, floral Müller-Thurgau, taut Riesling, aromatic Bacchus. Some discreet reds (Spätburgunder). 6,040 ha in Bavaria along the Main around Würzburg, red sandstone and shell-limestone soils.

The word of the wine: AOC

Appellation d'origine contrôlée. The most prestigious category of French wines created in the 1930s on the basis of quality criteria defined by a geographical delimitation, a chosen grape variety and precise production rules.
