Made as dry (Trocken, Alsace), off-dry (Kabinett, Spätlese) and sweet (Auslese, Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese, late harvest). Star of the Moselle, Rheingau, Alsace AOC and Wachau. Delaware and Concord labrusca, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as cool-climate vinifera.
