A very old grape variety that has been cultivated for a very long time in Italy - where it originated - and that can still be found today in the Veneto region. The wine region of Lanzarote is located in the region of Iles Canaries of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Vega de Yuco or the Domaine Bermejo produce mainly wines white, red and sweet.
