The Domaine Estezargues is a vineyard in the Southern Rhône located in Estezargues, in the south of France. Owned by the Vaillant family for over 80 years, the vineyard spans over 35 hectares of vineyards, split between Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes-du Rhône, Tavel, and Lirac. Their primary mission is to develop quality wines that reflect the environment and French lifestyle. Their vineyards are situated on the typical limestone terrains of the region, rich in minerals and terroir that give their wines a deep and rich flavor. Domaine Estezargues focuses on the quality and balance of its wines. They only use the highest quality grapes and respect the terroir and southern authenticity. The vineyards are grown using traditional and environmentally friendly methods. The grapes are then carefully selected and pressed to obtain the best and purest grape juice. The estate's wines are then traditionally and respectfully matured. Domaine Estezargues produces a selection of the finest crus from the Southern Rhône. Their red and rosé wines are selected for their great aromatic intensity and elegant bouquet. Their white wines are fair, balanced, and have spicy and fruity notes. Their dessert wines are complex and sweet, while their sparkling wines are light and bubbly. The word of the wine: Maceration

Prolonged contact and exchange between the juice and the grape solids, especially the skin. Not to be confused with the time of fermentation, which follows maceration. The juice becomes loaded with colouring matter and tannins, and acquires aromas. For a rosé, the maceration is short so that the colour does not "rise" too much. For white wines too, a "pellicular maceration" can be practised, which allows the wine to acquire more fat.

Bourboulenc is mainly grown in the southern part of France. It is a white grape variety that ripens quite late. It can only be harvested around 25 September and for an average of only one month. Bourboulenc is particularly fond of low-lying, but at the same time warm and dry locations. The aroma of this grape variety is not very pronounced, but it has a certain exotic fruit and floral aroma such as broom. The result is a low alcohol wine with subtle and fleeting aromas. Blanquette, bourboulanc, bourboulenque, doucillon, clairette dorée and clairette blanche are all names that can designate bourboulenc. This grape variety is very sensitive to diseases common to all vine plants such as magnesium deficiency, mildew and oidium. Bourboulenc can be used as a table grape. Most French people keep the bunches until Christmas in order to present them on the festive table as desserts.
