Confidential Vino de Pago of Albacete (El Bonillo, 99 ha at 1,000 m on fluvial pebbles called "guijos"), 3rd Spanish estate to obtain the status (2004). Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo and Merlot as structured signature reds with intense blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, spices, vanilla and a sunny-woody touch, round tannins.
