The Coessens Estate, situated in the charming village of Chouilly, in Champagne, is a small family-run vineyard that produces wines made from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. With a soil composed of chalk and clay, these varietals enjoy a climate that allows the production of champagnes of an exceptionally high quality. The Coessens Estate has been managed by the Coessens family for three consecutive generations with the same passion and dedication to quality and the expression of the terroir. Having put in place a meticulous winemaking process, they produce champagne with an intensively balanced aroma and mixed flavors. The vineyard is planted on the slopes, primarily on the southern side, and the gradients that reveal their varied aromas and flavors.
