Discover the grape variety: Allison seedless

Table grape with long clusters of golden seedless berries, thin skin, crunchy flesh, and a neutral sweet taste. Early-ripening and productive. Rarely vinified; when it is, it yields simple, low-aromatic whites. Grown mainly in California, Australia, and Chile for export markets. An American white table grape variety obtained by crossing for fresh consumption.

The wine region of Valdeorras

Galicia DO on the Sil valley, schist and granite terraces. Signature Godello white king (native revival): ample and mineral with notes of white apple, pear, peach, fennel, white flowers and a slate touch, taut and lengthy palate — a great Spanish white capable of ageing. Mencía star red: fine and fresh with notes of black cherry, blackberry, white pepper, violet and mineral touch, fine tannins. Roman winegrowing cradle.

The wine region of Galice

Oceanic northwest Spain, cradle of the great Iberian whites. Signature Albarino of Rias Baixas: lively, saline whites with signature notes of citrus, white peach, white flowers, fresh almond and iodine minerality, a taut palate — a perfect match for Atlantic seafood. Also premium Godello (pear, citrus, butter), aromatic Treixadura. Supple Mencia reds (raspberry, herbs, graphite).

The word of the wine: Powerful

Rich, full-bodied, corpulent wine.
