Round and fleshy reds with a velvety texture, showing aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, cocoa and truffle notes with age. Supple tannins, generous alcohol, indulgent finish. Pillar of Libournais (Pomerol with Pétrus, Saint-Émilion with Cheval Blanc and Ausone) and signature of Super Tuscans, Italian Wales and Washington State. The wine region of Judean Hills

Qualitative heart of Israeli wine around Jerusalem, the country's first official AO (2020). Dense, structured reds with signature notes of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, mint, eucalyptus, Mediterranean herbs and spice, firm tannins and freshness tightened by altitude. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in Bordeaux blends. Also peppery Syrah, dense Petit Verdot.

The word of the wine: Servadou iron

A black grape variety from the southwest that produces a wine with spicy tannins and black currant and raspberry aromas. Under the name of Mansois, it is the main grape variety of Marcillac; it is also one of the important varieties of Gaillacois, where it is called Braucol. It is also used in the blends of other South-Western appellations (Fronton, Lavilledieu, Estaing, Madiran). Syn.: braucol, pinenc, mansois.
