Cabernet Sauvignon as the signature structured red: intense notes of blackcurrant, black cherry, plum, eucalyptus, mint and a peppery-spiced touch, firm tannins and dense mouthfeel (the "Bordeaux of South America"). Native Carménère with dark fruits and a unique smoky-herbaceous touch. Syrah, Merlot and Malbec as complements.
