A late-ripening variety of Spanish origin (Mataró/Monastrell).

Red and rose signatures Grenache-Syrah-Cinsault-Carignan: colourful and powerful, spicy and fruity (blackberry, cherry, garrigue, pepper, liquorice). Golden and highly aromatic whites (min. 40% Viognier, 20% Grenache Blanc, plus Marsanne, Roussanne, Vermentino): apricot, white peach, flowers, citrus, dried fruit.
