Flemish AOC of Hesbaye (south-east Flanders, Belgium), sandy-limestone soils (Belgium's "Côte d'Or"), cool temperate climate — ~45% of Flemish sparkling production. Spiced Pinot Gris and full Pinot Blanc among the whites. Fine Pinot Noir as red.
