Luxembourg (officially the "Grand Duchy of Luxembourg") is a landlocked country at the junction of Belgium, Germany and France. Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) in Strasbourg have backed amendments to a range of recommendations put forward by the Special Committee on Beating Cancer (BECA), which included a proposal for health warnings on wine and drinks labels.
