The wine region of Cole Ranch is located in the region of Mendocino County of California of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Ruth Lewandowski or the Domaine Vision Cellars produce mainly wines red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Cole Ranch are Riesling, Pinot noir and Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Cole Ranch often reveals types of flavors of citrus fruit, tropical fruit or earth and sometimes also flavors of tree fruit, floral or red fruit.
In the mouth of Cole Ranch is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 10 estates and châteaux in the of Cole Ranch, producing 13 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Cole Ranch go well with generally quite well with dishes of pork, shellfish or spicy food.
