The wine region of Sierras de Málaga is located in the region of Andalousie of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Los Aguilares or the Domaine Los Aguilares produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Sierras de Málaga are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Tempranillo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Sierras de Málaga often reveals types of flavors of cherry, perfume or honey and sometimes also flavors of jasmine, grass or orange.
In the mouth of Sierras de Málaga is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 41 estates and châteaux in the of Sierras de Málaga, producing 138 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.
