The wine region of Citrusdal Mountain is located in the region of Olifants River of Western Cape of South Africa. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Cederberg or the Domaine Cederberg produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Citrusdal Mountain are Chenin blanc, Pinotage and Cabernet-Sauvignon, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Citrusdal Mountain often reveals types of flavors of pineapple, jam or cedar and sometimes also flavors of perfume, cinnamon or game.
