The wine region of Jonkershoek Valley is located in the region of Stellenbosch of Western Cape of South Africa. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Neil Ellis or the Domaine Neil Ellis produce mainly wines red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Jonkershoek Valley are Cabernet-Sauvignon et Malbec, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
