The wine region of Reguengos is located in the region of Alentejo of Alentejano of Portugal. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Monte da Serras or the Domaine Reguengos produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Reguengos are Touriga nacional, Tinta Barroca and Verdelho, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Reguengos often reveals types of flavors of cherry, dark chocolate or earthy and sometimes also flavors of tobacco, coffee or black cherries.
In the mouth of Reguengos is a powerful. We currently count 7 estates and châteaux in the of Reguengos, producing 20 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Reguengos go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or veal.
