The wine region of Crémant de Luxembourg is located in the region of Moselle of Luxembourg. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Clos des Rochers or the Domaine Bernard-Massard produce mainly wines sparkling and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Crémant de Luxembourg are Riesling, Pinot noir and Pinot blanc, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Crémant de Luxembourg often reveals types of flavors of cream, non oak or yellow apple and sometimes also flavors of red fruit, strawberries or toffee.
In the mouth of Crémant de Luxembourg is a powerful with a nice vivacity and a fine and pleasant bubble. We currently count 38 estates and châteaux in the of Crémant de Luxembourg, producing 85 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.
