The wine region of Soave is located in the region of Vénétie of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Pasqua or the Domaine Fasoli Gino produce mainly wines white, sparkling and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Soave are Garganega, Chardonnay and Pinot blanc, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Soave often reveals types of flavors of grapefruit, hay or floral and sometimes also flavors of dried fruit, tropical fruit or green apple.
In the mouth of Soave is a with a nice freshness. We currently count 359 estates and châteaux in the of Soave, producing 456 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Soave go well with generally quite well with dishes of shellfish, vegetarian or appetizers and snacks.
