The wine region of Quistello is located in the region of Lombardie of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Quistello or the Domaine Quistello produce mainly wines sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Quistello are Ancellotta et Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. We currently count 1 estates and châteaux in the of Quistello, producing 4 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The wines of Quistello go well with generally quite well with dishes of pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna etc) or mature and hard cheese.
