The wine region of Claro Valley is located in the region of Maule Valley of Central Valley of Chile. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Waitrose or the Domaine Carta Vieja produce mainly wines red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Claro Valley are Cabernet-Sauvignon et Carmenère, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Claro Valley often reveals types of flavors of cherry, dark fruit or earth and sometimes also flavors of oak, red fruit or black fruit.
In the mouth of Claro Valley is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins.
