On the nose of Austral often reveals types of flavors of earth, vegetal or tree fruit and sometimes also flavors of citrus fruit, oak or red fruit.

We currently count 4 estates and châteaux in the of Austral, producing 6 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Austral go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, veal or game (deer, venison).
