Aromatic and fruity whites with a pale golden hue, a supple palate with moderate acidity and signature Muscat aromas of rose, peach, white-fleshed fruits and light spice notes. The wine region of Goulburn Valley

Historic Victorian region home to the world's oldest Marsanne and Shiraz vines (warm inland valley, marked diurnal range, fertile alluvials, lakes and rivers moderating). Shiraz flagship red: rich ripe fruits in youth evolving to dark fruits, pepper, dark chocolate, supple leather and earth, renowned longevity. Marsanne flagship white: floral and citrus notes when young, becoming honeyed and nutty with age.

The wine region of Victoria

Australian diversity from cool to temperate climate. Yarra Valley and Mornington: fine, silky Pinot Noir (cherry, raspberry, undergrowth), taut, mineral Chardonnay. Heathcote: structured Shiraz with black fruits, pepper and chocolate. Rutherglen, fortified capital: opulent sweet Topaque and Muscat (raisin, caramel, fig, roast notes).

The word of the wine: Concentrator

A device that removes water from grape must by reverse osmosis or entropy system. Its proponents say that it is better to remove water than to add sugar to produce more alcohol. The improperly used concentrator can also exaggerate bad tastes or greenness of tannins.
