The wine region of Alicante
The wine region of Alicante is located in the region of Murcie of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Sierra Salinas or the Domaine Volver produce mainly wines red, white and sweet. The wines of Bordeaux (based on Cabernet and Merlot) are full of tannins, those of Burgundy much less so, with Pinot Noir containing little.
