Pinot Noir and Riesling on cool coastal sectors, fine and taut. Further south, warm sectors for structured Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Zinfandel. Includes Santa Lucia Highlands, Arroyo Seco, San Bernabe, Burgundian and sun-drenched identity.
