Shiraz is the signature red: sunny and generous with blackberry, candied plum, pepper, chocolate and a liquorice touch, enveloping tannins. Firm Cabernet Sauvignon complements. Ample Chardonnay and lively Semillon in whites (historic botrytised Semillon at Riverina).
