Aromatic, lively whites with a pale golden colour, airy palate with fresh acidity, signature aromas of citrus (grapefruit), elder, white flowers and herbaceous notes reminiscent of Sauvignon. Early, productive and disease resistant. Grown in Switzerland, Germany and Belgium for organic and sustainably managed vineyards. Swiss white hybrid variety bred by Valentin Blattner at Soyhières, a disease-resistant cross involving Sauvignon Blanc.

The wine region of Penedès
Historic cradle of Cava (95% of Spanish output, centred on Sant Sadurní d'Anoia): traditional-method sparklers, convivial and brioche-like. Indigenous trilogy: signature Xarel-lo (body, herbaceous and almondy notes), Macabeo (apple, freshness), Parellada (floral elegance). Still wines ~80% white from the same grapes, straight and accessible. Also sunny Garnacha, Cabernet and Pinot Noir.
The wine region of Catalogne
Cradle of Cava (~95% of Spanish output, traditional method): Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Parellada trilogy, fine fruity bubble. Quality peak in Priorat DOCa: dense, mineral reds on llicorella (schist), old-vine Garnacha and Cariñena with black fruit, garrigue notes, firm tannins. Also Penedès, fleshy Montsant, sunny Empordà, Costers del Segre. Mediterranean.
The word of the wine: Rebêche (champagne)
Must obtained in excess of the 2 550 litres authorised for a weight of 4 000 kilos of grapes. The first 2 050 litres constitute the cuvée and the next 500 litres the taille. The rebêche represents 1 to 3 % of the total volume and must be distilled or used to make ratafia.
