Refined signature sparkling whites with signature notes of white apple, citrus, white flowers, brioche and an almond touch, fine bubbles and taut palate — Chardonnay is the benchmark, Pinot Noir adds body. Still: lively Sauvignon, floral Királyleányka, straight Pinot Blanc.
