Chardonnay is the signature white king: taut with citrus, green apple, white flowers and a mineral touch, vibrant acidity — ideal base for sparkling wines. Airy Pinot Noir and supple Merlot as elegant reds. Speciality: fine, age-worthy traditional-method sparkling wines.
